Uppsala-based FRÄNDER consists of friends and family who, through the power of music, have found each other over forest and sea. With heavy groove, enchanting harmony singing and creative arrangements they weave the listener into their own unique musical landscape.
Following their critically acclaimed debut album in 2017, FRÄNDER have toured extensively around the world and have made a name for themselves as a very exciting band within modern folk music. Their starting point is Swedish and Estonian folk music, but with passion, playfulness and an open approach to genres, they create music which is one of a kind.
